NEWS
YOU CAN USE
FROM THE CAPSHAW CAFETERIA

Students will be able to purchase breakfast, lunch or any extra
items such as milk, etc. from their accounts. Parents, please be
aware that students can purchase extras out of their accounts; you
and your child will need to decide what he/she will be allowed to
purchase and how often. We can block any extra purchases if you
desire.
Mystery Money is a problem! Please put child’s full name and account
# on the outside of envelope when paying with cash; write child’s full
name and account # on checks.
MENUS are
published on Friday in the Herald-Citizen and are posted in
each classroom. Beginning in September your child will be given
a menu each month.
Computerized
account system:
Each student will have an account established; students may pay into accounts
weekly or monthly. Money should be brought to cafeteria in the morning (preferably
on Monday). Money cannot be deposited into accounts during serving time because
it really holds up the line! |
BREAKFAST
is served daily from 7:35 to 7:55.
Chocolate milk is available on Friday, strawberry milk on Wednesday - limited
to one per student.
Metal cans, glass containers, and carbonated drinks are not permitted in the
cafeteria.
Students are expected to remain seated with their feet under the table, and
talk in a reasonably quiet inside voice.
Parents are welcome to visit to
have lunch with their child.
OUR
GOAL IS TO OFFER YOUR CHILD A NUTRITIOUS MEAL
AND A PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE IN WHICH TO EAT.
